SCURO Neon Art Jam — Birthday Parties & Team Bonding

Best for
- Birthday parties — the kids stay well engaged throughout, with hosts running the activities and handling the cake cutting.
- Corporate team bonding — a creative, beginner-friendly session that works for the whole team, including people who think they "can't draw".

Our take
SCURO is known for neon birthday parties and corporate team bonding, and I have to say it is quite an experience — very unique glow-in-the-dark painting and slime. I organised this for my child's birthday, and then later went on to book a corporate session with my team.
It is a really good place to hold birthday parties and corporate team bonding. A must try, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Birthday parties
Packages, verified on scuro.sg (birthday-packages page, checked 8 Nov 2026):
- Neon Birthday Bash — $60 per child, 2 hours, choose ONE activity (neon art or slime)
- Glow-tastic Party — $70 per child, 3 hours, BOTH neon art and slime (most popular)
- Neon Party Extravaganza — $80 per child, 3 hours, BOTH neon art and slime, plus goodie bags and neon tattoos
I took the $80 per child package and it is totally worth it. It includes 3 hours of art and slime session, hosts throughout to keep the children engaged, and they also handle the cake-cutting segment as well.

Team bonding
- 2-hour glow-in-the-dark art jam. No art skills needed — facilitators guide you with an easy trace-and-paint method.
- Formats: Classic Art Jam (everyone paints their own canvas and takes it home) and Group Jigsaw Mural (teams of 4–6 paint one panel each; the panels lock together into one artwork the office keeps — the most popular format for team bonding).
- Private events have a minimum spend of $540. Offsite is +$200, plus the venue's own rental if you are not using your office.
- Materials, aprons, facilitators and studio are included.
What worked
- It is genuinely different. Painting under UV lights, with everything glowing, is not like a normal art jam — kids and adults both get into it.
- The hosts do the work. For the birthday, hosts kept the children engaged for the full 3 hours and handled the cake cutting, so parents were not running the party.
- It works for both audiences. The same place worked for a kids' birthday and for a corporate team session — the jigsaw mural format in particular suits a team.
- Beginner-friendly. No art skills needed; the trace-and-paint method means everyone finishes with something they are happy to take home.
What to watch out for
- Booking is required — no walk-ins. Birthday parties and corporate team bonding need more lead time, ideally 7 days or more.
- A deposit secures your date: $720 (Room Magic or Room Wonder) or $400 (Room Joy) for in-studio birthdays; confirm your final headcount 7 days before the party.
